Merchants of Wow is a boutique studio specializing in the creation of unique paper and screen experiences -- especially those that glow with heartfelt fun.
Founded by a veteran story designer, his marketeering wife and a rabble of inky-fingered friends, we create characters, stories and products that make readers and viewers laugh, ponder, and share.
Thinking about a storybook fund-raiser for your non-profit? An animated Youtube series? A web content strategy that's both quirky and informative? Ring us on the confabulator! We've written and produced content for DreamWorks, Laika Studios, Make-A-Wish, Ubisoft, Hasbro... and lots of individuals who had an itch in their gizzard to make a little wow.

If anybody asks, tell them Steven and Wendy went rogue. After a decade writing content for boutique outfits like Google and Make-A-Wish (her), and doing story development for projects at DreamWorks, Ubisoft and Hasbro (him), Steven Marten and Wendy Martin packed up and moved to Nashville with a plan: Make a home, make a difference, and make a little wow. Sure, some of the wow was a pair of moist and noisy little boys, but the rest became a studio that critics have called "unnecessarily fun." [ -------> ]

Sometimes, ideas and Right Timing miss each other on the dance floor, after which, the idea slogs to the bar, orders a double, and questions itself repeatedly. Other times, the idea graciously surrenders the spotlight to something with niftier moves. Either way, those creative orphans usually end up here, patiently waiting for a little more love and another chance at the big time.
